TDIFest 2016 Online Preauction

At TDIFest there are normally raffles, silent auctions and a live auction and this year we are enabling those who will be attending in person and those that can only participate online a chance to join in the fun by bidding online for a few select items.

The online part of the auction will start on August 26th at 9pm Central Time and end on September 1st at 9 pm Central time.

Once the online portion has wrapped up the maximum online proxy (or regular) bid will be transferred to the silent or live auction the item is a part of. A local representative at TDIFest will act as a proxy and increase the bidding by the minimum bidding increment level until online proxy bid has been exceeded at which time the winning bid will be awarded to the local attendee. If the maximum online proxy bid is not reached, the winning bid will go to the online bidder with a price that is one minimum increment above the highest local bid.

** Payments online will be done via PayPal (or cash if you are at the event) at the end of TDIFest (late Sunday September 4th). This is also when you will be notified via email if your online bid was successful or not. If successful you will be required to make payment and provide shipping information within 24 hours.

TDIClub is an online club centred around Volkswagen TDI diesels. We have members from around the world, but the bulk reside in the United States and Canada. Our website is located at http://www.tdiclub.com but most of the action happens in the forums located at http://forums.tdiclub.com

Once the local TDIFest auction has ended, you will be contact whether your bid won the auction. If you were successful we will contact you for shipping details as well as payment instructions. Payment must be made within 24 hours.
