Thunder Bay Nordic Trails-Big Thunder Fundraiser

Thunder Bay Nordic Trails is a local non-profit group that works hard to create first-class Nordic skiing at three sites: Kamview Nordic Centre, Kakabeka Falls Provincial Park, and Sleeping Giant Provincial Park-- home of the popular Sleeping Giant Loppet. Our trails are used by everyone from young Jackrabbits and elite athletes training for national race events to senior recreational skiers hoping to maintain their fitness. Kamview Nordic Centre regularly hosts events for athletes of all ages and abilities from here and away. TBNT’s fundraising committee usually organizes a big celebration at the end of the ski season – but again this year we are holding an online auction instead. Auction funds will be used to fund capital projects, purchase equipment, and fuel new initiatives.
By supporting this fundraiser, you help ensure that we can continue to provide an exceptional outdoor experience to the Thunder Bay community at an affordable cost.
