Funds raised go to the support the Pontifical Faculty of the Immaculate Conception (PFIC) at the Dominican House of Studies. The PFIC is a graduate school of theology in the Thomistic tradition for Dominican students and all who are interested in serving the Church and growing in wisdom and holiness.

Pontifical Faculty of the Immaculate Conception

The PFIC’s primary mission is to form and educate students for ordained ministry in the Dominican Province of St. Joseph. We also educate other professed religious, as well as lay men and women. Alumni can be found teaching in institutions of higher education; serving the Church in an array of important ministries at the parish, diocesan, national, and international levels; working in advocacy groups and appearing in the media; or working as speakers or published authors. With an academic environment shaped by a Thomistic focus, a small student enrollment, and a high faculty-to-student ratio, the PFIC fosters among students and faculty an intimacy conducive to personal formation in the spiritual, intellectual, and ministerial spheres of preaching, teaching, and other ministries.
