Space Between provides mindfulness education in schools so all students can be well and whole. Your participation in this auction directly supports programs that help children feel calmer, more focused, and more compassionate—both toward themselves and others.
Here’s what your generosity makes possible:
- $25 provides materials for one classroom during a multi-week mindfulness program
- $70 offers scholarship funding for an educator to attend a mindfulness workshop
- $150 funds mindfulness education for one student for a semester
- $300 supports one student for a full year
- $500 delivers a professional learning workshop for school staff
- $3,000 brings mindfulness education to an entire classroom for a semester
- 100% of teachers believe mindfulness is an important classroom practice

At Space Between, we believe that mindfulness-based social emotional learning is a life skill. We know that mindfulness practices can support the social and emotional well-being of students and the adults connected to them. Research has shown that practice with rhythm and repetition, mindfulness can increase focus, emotion management, self-awareness, and compassion for self and others. With mental health concerns such as stress, anxiety, and depression on the rise, practices to support wellness are more important than ever. This is why we share mindfulness with the students and communities that we serve. They deserve to thrive and feel a sense of alignment, authenticity, and connection.
