Sneaker Madness Art Auction

As part of the Museum's monthly Museum After Hours programs (held every third Thursday), we gave ten pairs of shoes to ten artists working in Mississippi. The resulting original work yielded ten pairs of one-of-a-kind Converse Chuck Taylor Sneakers. These were included in the Museum After Hours pop up exhibition called "Sneaker Madness," and now they're up for grabs!

Proceeds from the sale of these artworks benefit both the Museum's community programs and the artists who made them.

If you are the winning bidder, you will be contacted following the auction to coordinate final payment/delivery. Have fun!

NOTES:
1. These shoes are now works of art. While you may certainly wear them, do keep in mind that even if the shoes don't fit your feet, they'll fit nicely in your collection.
2. Converse shoes tend to run a size large. If you're a size 10, you would most likely wear a size 9 Converse.
