Sherwood RESCU Rally 2025

The Sherwood RESCU Rally will be at Sherwood Forest Faire, 9pm-12am on March 21st, 2025 at The Trip and Great Hall. 

There are 3 types of auctions. This is the silent auction. Items will be available to bid on from Saturday March 8th to Friday March 21st at 11pm. Silent Auction Items will be on display at The Great Hall on March 21st from 11am-11pm but all silent auction bidding will be done online. Items can be picked up after payment is received from 11pm-12am on the day of the rally. They can also be picked up from the campgrounds near the back gate on 3/22 from 10-1pm. If you need to make other arrangements to pick up your items, or if you want to pay for shipping, please contact Jacy@jacykt.com. Any items not claimed by 3/31 will be considered re-donated to RESCU for future events. 

(Additional items will be added to the online auction after March 8th as they are donated to us up until March 17th. Please check back often for new auction items).

The *Live* Auction items will not be listed on this site to avoid any confusion. The Live auction will take place on March 21st, starting at 10pm. If you'd like to see a list of the items that will be auctioned during the live auction, we will be posting that to social media on March 17th. (Please note some live auction items may not be announced ahead of the event due to the nature of incoming donations).

The Brown Bag auction will take place the night of the auction. You can buy tickets and place your tickets in the brown bags in front of items that you are interested in at the Rally. **You must be present to win brown bag auction items**. Drawings for the brown bag items will happen during the Live Auction Breaks & Intermission. 

The RESCU Foundation, Inc. (RESCU) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the health and medical well-being of participants of historically themed events, including renaissance festivals and other interactive theatrical venues. RESCU provides preventative health education and mentorship in the abatement of medical bills to a characteristically underinsured constituency.
