The SRLF is a private, non-profit organization formed in 2006 by a group of dedicated volunteers who believe the Library plays a vital role in our community. Its mission is to support the Stone Ridge Library in providing a full range of public library services.
 
These are our three major goals:

• to help the library preserve and modernize so that the community can make better use of the facility and have better access to collections and services;

• to help restore and maintain the Library’s two conjoined historic houses through a building fund established for this purpose;

• to build a general endowment for the acquisition of books, magazines, movies, databases and Internet access as well as programs for children, teens, seniors and the general community.
