SMCS 2022 Annual Spring Gala

Welcome! We are so happy to announce that we are “back in business!” For the first time in a long time, we will be having an in person 2022 Annual Spring Gala. Mark your calendars for May 14, 2022, at 6:30pm, plan your sitter and join us in the New Ministry Building right next door to the school. The theme is Hawaiian, and the attire is Island Luau Casual (anything goes!)

While at the Gala you will be able to enjoy dinner, drinks, the wine pull and raffle. Additionally, all our auction items will be in full display including the Live Auction Items, Silent Auction Items and Dessert Auction Items. The bidding for our silent auction will remain as last year on this website. So, bring your fully charged phone/tablet so you can view the items in person and then bid on your device. The Live Auction will be traditional live auction bidding with bid paddles. The ONLY way to participate in the Live Auction is to attend in person. The Live Auction will be presented by our emcee and auctioneer, Ms. Suzi Hanks.

We are so excited to ease back into traditional fundraising. St. Mary relies on fundraising. That is part of who we are, and we are so thankful for our supporters.

Please spread the news; EVERYONE is invited to the 2022 SMCS Annual Spring Gala. Tickets are $75 each and can be purchased on this website as well as by contacting the school office. No tickets are necessary to join in on the fun via this auction website. On May 2, 2022, the silent auction will open for early bidders – bid high and bid often!
We also want to point out that the 2022 SMCS Annual Spring Gala is the largest major fundraiser for our school. This event is the cornerstone of generating dollars for scholarships, curriculum enhancements, teacher training and STREAM (Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Arts, Math) supplies and a security fence around a green space play area.

• Consider donating an auction item to the auction. Consider asking a friend to donate an auction item.
• Donate to the SMCS Scholarship Assistance program by donating to the office or by purchasing through this website.

As you can see there are so many ways to support SMCS. We are forever thankful for all our generous supporters.

St. Mary Catholic School is currently home to 254 students ranging in grades from PK-3 to 8th grade. St. Mary is very proud of its history for superior education in an environment based upon four pillars of education: faith, family, academics, and service.

One of the easiest ways to support us is to participate in any of our auctions and/or make a Monetary Donation to our school.

The LIVE AUCTION will begin at 8:45pm for one hour on the evening of May 14, 2022.

The lovely Suzi Hanks will be our auctioneer auctioning off 12 TOP NOTCH LIVE AUCTION items.
