SLLC REBUILDING FUNDRAISER

     Our church has always been more than a building - it is a place of worship, prayer, singing and community. Following a devastating arson fire, we lost the physical space where generations gathered to celebrate this blessed life with holidays, baptisms, weddings, and funerals.  
     The fire took our building, but our congregation remains & we have begun the journey to rebuild! We humbly ask for your support. Every bid, no matter the size will help us restore a place for our congregation to worship, find encouragement and create a welcoming space for the community for generations to come.

In 2023 The Seattle Laestadian Lutheran Church was burned down by an unaffiliated arsonist.  The individual was arrested, charged and is serving a sentence.  In the years since, our congregation has held worship services and events in local school gyms and other churches.  Plans are underway to rebuild in a new church near Monroe, WA. We have begun fundraising to support the rebuilding efforts. Thank you for your participation in our auctions to help us reach our fundraising goals!
