About Our Auction

The South Fork Conservancy is proud to announce the opening of "Quilting the Creek," its first-ever online quilt exhibit and auction. Generative and generational, quilts always have had stories to tell. Those shown here, made by local artists for Creek Rising’s inaugural exhibition and auction, are no exception. Each quiltmaker has a story, too. The South Fork Conservancy is grateful for their generosity and honors their creativity. See what the quilts in our exhibit have to say. View the quilts and learn a bit about their makers. Make your bid on the quilt or quilts that speak to you. Support South Fork’s work and own a beautiful nature-inspired quilt.

All photos taken by Lisa Hill at her outdoor studio in Atlanta. You can see more of Lisa’s fine work at lisahillphoto.com.

Funds generated by this event will help to maintain miles of nature trails and restored habitat and help to create new parks and greenspaces. We invite you to invest in our conservation efforts as we strive to create equitable access for everyone to nature in the heart of the city.

About South Fork Conservancy

South Fork Conservancy is a Georgia based nonprofit which works to restore the banks of the South Fork of Peachtree Creek. We return these restored green spaces to the neighbors in communities along the creek banks by connecting people with nature trails. In the heart of urban Atlanta, our creeks are still here for us; a gift waiting to be rediscovered.

We cannot do this work without you! Explore our five miles of completed trails, acres of public greenspace, and join us in our online fundraiser to support our trail work, help create new parks and greenspaces, and restore critical habitat.
