Bring The Snow Back - Avalanche Center Fundraiser

We are raising funds to continue and improve our programs offered to you. These funds cover the regular operating costs of the avalanche center. We are also raising funds to update our website providing a better user interface. And the biggest goal is to install the first high elevation weather station in the Southern California Mountains. This will help us to provide you with much more accurate data and information. So join in the fun, get some great stuff while you help us reach these goals.

We are running a raffle as well. By registering with 32 auctions for this event you'll be automatically entered for a chance to win. You can increase you chances to win by donating. For every $5 donation you receive 1 chance. Every $10 you receive 3, every $20 you receive 7, every $50 you receive 20 chances. So Cal Snow Avalanche Center is a non profit organization Established in the winter season of 2012/13. Our mission is to provide winter mountain snowpack information for public safety and warn against avalanche hazards. We also provide free and low-cost education programs. Over the past 9 years we have presented free avalanche awareness programs to thousands of people. We have provided avalanche safety classes in partnership with the National Ski Patrol to hundreds of students. We are raising funds to continue and expand these programs. Funds will cover our operating cost and help us to establish a high elevation weather station. This will improve the information we can provide to the community. Also we are raising funds to update our website to provide a better interface to the public. Please join us for the event and help to improve our services to you.
