About Our Auction

We are hosting an online auction to support our programs and projects!

We are so excited for all of the generously donated items we received from local businesses and sponsors this year! In addition to bidding, there is an option to donate directly to Rock River Coalition. To donate, please choose the green "Donate" button at the top right hand of this site.

You will also have the option to sponsor a stream monitoring team, adopt an individual stream monitor or adopt a stream! These are great opportunities to directly help and support our award-winning programs and projects monitoring stream quality throughout the Rock River Basin!

About Rock River Coalition

Our mission is to educate and provide opportunities for people of diverse interests to work together to improve environmental, recreational, cultural and economic resources of the Rock River Basin.

The Rock River Basin covers nearly 3,800 square miles of South Central Wisconsin. Shaped by the last glacial episode, this rolling landscape was once covered by thick woodlands interspersed with oak-savanna, prairies, wetlands, and numerous streams and lakes.

Rock River Coalition is an organization dedicated to the Rock River Basin for close to 30 years. Over these many years Rock River Coalition has been working with economic, cultural, recreational, and environmental entities throughout the Rock River Basin to provide events, resources, and facilitate problem solving coalitions related to water quality. We have facilitated shoreline restoration and native rain garden development, storm water control projects, leaf and salt reduction in waterways, river clean-up events, and water trail development, to name a few. Since 2002, RRC has developed and implemented an award-winning volunteer stream monitoring program in the Rock River Basin which provides water quality data to the WI Department of Natural Resources, sewerage districts, lake districts, etc. to assist them in their water quality restoration and improvement efforts. Trained Rock River Coalition stream monitor volunteers perform water quality monitoring in the Rock River Basin counties of Jefferson, Waukesha, Walworth, Rock, Dane, and most recently, Dodge County.
