Rawlinson 2026 Fun Fair Silent Auction

Thank you for supporting Rawlinson Community School's online silent auction, raising funds for our school's highest priority needs, including enhanced programming to enrich the learning of our 700+ students.

You do not need to have a child at Rawlinson to participate in our auction, but please make sure you're close enough to pick up your item(s) if you win.

More items, including our popular theme baskets assembled by Rawlinson classes, will be available in person at the Fun Fair on Saturday, June 6, 2026 from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the schoolyard (231 Glenholme Ave)!

 
I'm ready! How does this work?
Do I need an account to view the auction?
Anyone can view our auction, but you need an account to bid so we can identify and communicate with bidders during and after the auction.

Within the yellow banner at the top of the page, click on "create an account" and fill in the form. You should receive a confirmation email from 32auctions (noreply@32auctions.com) - check your spam or junk email folder.

How does bidding work?
When you click on an item, you'll see its value along with a minimum bid and minimum bid increment. By bidding on an item, you're agreeing to pay your bid amount for it. For example, if an item has a minimum bid of $20 and a minimum bid increment of $5, the first person must bid at least $20. After that, each person must bid at least $5 more than the last bid. On June 7 at 8 p.m., the person with the highest bid wins. They will pay the amount of the highest bid and receive the item.

You should receive a confirmation email when you submit a bid which lets you know if you are the leading bidder (please check your spam or junk email folder).

Will I be notified when someone outbids me?
Yes, you will receive an email when you are outbid. If someone outbids you, you can enter another bid (and continue entering bids) until 8 p.m. on June 7.

How do I know if I'm the winning bidder?
All winning bidders will receive a notification email from 32auctions after the auction closes. You can also log in to your account and click "Account" and “My Items Won.”

How do I pay for my item? How do I collect it?
You do not pay for your items through the auction website. The winner of each item will be contacted with payment options and instructions on how to pick up or redeem the item. Options will include e-transfer or cash or card payments at Rawlinson.
