The Halton Islamic Association (HIA) was established as a charitable organization in the late 80’s with the goal of serving the Muslim community in the city of Burlington. Through the hard work and dedication of the community, HIA currently operates Masjid Halton, the HIA Musallah, and is currently constructing the Rahmah Islamic Centre located in North Burlington.
