About Our Auction
Fort Bend Cares, a Charitable Foundation, raises funds to provide grants to qualifying charitable 501(c)3 organizations that serve disadvantaged youth in Fort Bend County. A detailed evaluation is done by our Grant Committee to follow stringent policies and procedure to ensure that all funds are disbursed to best accomplish our mission and vision. Approximately 24,983 children were served in some capacity through Fort Bend Cares support from 2017-2018 through $184,235 in Grants through 27 Non-Profit Organizations.
About Fort Bend Cares
Fort Bend Cares, a Charitable Foundation, was founded in 2004. The founders, longtime residents of Fort Bend County, identified the growing needs of disadvantaged youth in the County.
It was recognized that there were many existing charitable organizations providing essential services to children and families. These organizations face increasing demands to raise the necessary funds to meet the needs of current and future programs. Fort Bend Cares was created to help provide supplemental funds for these worthy organizations.
