About Our Auction

Rhythm Section Drumlines serves more than 150 Bay Area middle school students at Willie Brown Junior Middle School and Lincoln High School in San Francisco, and East Bay Innovation Academy in Oakland. Now in our 6th year of programming, we provide more than 200 hours of music instruction each year. Our students enjoy numerous performance opportunities, including San Francisco’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade, Stanford sporting events, and collaborations with local music and dance organizations.

Currently an all volunteer staff of three, we provide this instruction at no cost to schools through the financial support of people like you. We're hosting our 2nd annual Rhythm Section Drumlines charity fundraiser at Lagunitas Brewery on June 4th, 2016, to support our efforts and expansion in the coming year, The silent auction bidding will close during this event, allowing both in-person and e-bidding.
