About Ray Corollary Initiative
The Ray Corollary Initiative (RCI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
dedicated to improving the system of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) by fostering greater public trust in arbitration and mediation.
The RCI advances a more representative and inclusive selection process for ADR professionals by dismantling systemic barriers and expanding opportunities for those that use and those that provide ADR services.
