14 circles represent the 14 tribes of the Noongar nation where the majority of Aboriginal people in this state live.
We are family. We are all connected by the longlines of our dreamtime. It is a testament to the honour and respect of the first groups of Aboriginal female basketball players at SBL and District level whom were mostly Noongars.

The Lynx cat paw print: the design in the paw represents the Noongar 6 season (6 large dark dots).
The Lynx cat is on the prowl/ hunt every season!
