About Our Auction
People are homeless and go hungry here in Lenexa. Auction proceeds will directly assist these vulnerable neighbors.
In the 2020-21December to March season, Project10️20 served up to the maximum allowed 30 people per night, 165 different people and over 4,100 meals.
The work continues each winter as a 100% volunteer, 100% donation-supported shelter.
Our auction goal is to raise over $10,000 to help buy the supplies and food needed to meet the growing need!
We thank our Auction Sponsors - Kiewit, Park University, GBA Builders, The Flower Market, Gill Studios and Jack Stack BBQ in Lenexa
Project10️20 is Johnson County’s only shelter for adults who are experiencing homelessness. We provide transportation to and from the shelter, a hot evening meal, grab and go breakfast in the morning, safe place to sleep, care, compassion and support.
We believe in loving our neighbors. That means helping human beings to live with dignity and no matter their situation, people deserve to have the most basic needs of shelter and food.
We are located on the south wing of Shawnee Mission Unitarian Universalist Church. Hours are from 7 PM to 7 AM from December 1 through March 31.
Help us Love Our Neighbors!
