Welcome to the Carlos E. Haile Middle PTO's 5th annual online auction! 100% of all funds raised goes directly to the Haile PTO to help pay for agendas and other educational items.

An account is only needed in order to bid. The process is quick and very little information is required as you can see on the "Create An Account page". Requiring an account for bidding makes it easy for auction administrators to identify and communicate with bidders during and after the auction.

*** Extended Bidding automatically extends the end time of an item by 3 minutes when it receives a bid during the final 3 minutes of the auction. This process repeats until no new bids are received during the final 3 minutes of the item bidding window or the auction has been extended for a maximum of 30 minutes beyond the original end time. When an auction is extended, you will see Extended Bidding messages displayed throughout the auction with a link for easily viewing all of the extended items.

The Extended Bidding option is useful for deterring auction sniping, which is the process of entering a bid in the final seconds of an auction, leaving no opportunity for other participants to outbid the sniper.

Your students, their friends, our teachers and adminsitrators need our help! In today's schools, we are asking more of our teachers than in the past, with less resources to complete the tasks required. That's where you can make a difference! In literal terms, the PTO is a group of parents that want to help the teachers, who in turn help the students. There are countless opportunities to assist in helping the school through the PTO. Volunteering for various functions, coming up with fundraising activities, seeking donations, etc. The opportunities are endless if you get involved. PTO is an opportunity to make a direct impact on the most important part of our future, our children's education! Get involved, interact, make a difference! 100% of the money raised through the PTO goes back to our students, teachers and school.
