PILG Public Interest Auction at Denver Law

The annual PILG Public Interest Auction raises money to provide stipends to students who spend the summer in unpaid public interest positions. The funds allow Denver Law students to contribute to our community while following their hearts and gaining valuable legal experience. These experiences can inspire law students to devote their careers to the fight for social good. There are always more applications than dollars--the more we raise, the more students can join the public interest legal community!

PILG encourages law students to devote their careers to the fight for social good and exposes students to the broad range of work being done to advance legal goals for the benefit of the public. PILG raises money every year to provide stipends to law students who work over the summer in unpaid public interest positions. The number of students PILG can fund depends on the amount of money PILG can raise! Help PILG address the political, social, environmental, and economic welfare of communities, with an emphasis on society’s underrepresented issues and groups, while allowing students to follow their hearts.
