Every bid you place is a moment of comfort for someone facing the hardest chapter of their life. From August 1–10, you have the chance to win incredible items and experiences and in doing so, help ensure no one in Saskatoon faces a life-limiting illness alone.
This auction runs alongside the Prairie Hospice Charity Golf Classic, one of our community's largest and most heartfelt fundraising events, culminating in our tournament and banquet on August 10. Together, golfers, bidders, sponsors, and supporters come together for a shared purpose: making sure compassionate care is never out of reach.
Every dollar raised helps us recruit, train, and support the volunteers who show up for our neighbours, offering companionship, respite, transportation, and bereavement support, all at no cost to clients or their chosen families. There's no minimum bid too small and no item too modest to make a real difference. When you bid, you're not just taking home something great — you're giving someone dignity, comfort, and connection when they need it most.
Bidding is open now through August 10 — don't miss your chance to give back and take home something special.
Already placed your bid? Share this auction with your family, friends, and coworkers. Every share widens the circle of people who might discover something they love — and every new bidder means more support for hospice care in our community. Sometimes the most powerful gift you can give doesn't cost a thing: it's simply telling someone else. Help us spread the word, and help us go further, together.
About Prairie Hospice Society
No one facing a life-limiting illness should have to face it alone — and in Saskatoon, no one has to. Prairie Hospice Society is a community-based, volunteer-strong organization walking alongside individuals living with life-limiting illness and those who love them, right here in our community. We offer compassionate, non-medical support through companionship, respite, transportation, and bereavement services, all at no cost to those we serve.
We rely entirely on the generosity of donors like you — we receive no government funding for these services. As Saskatoon grows, so does the need for compassionate end-of-life care, and every gift helps us meet that need.
Rooted in a palliative approach to care, our mission is simple but profound: to bring dignity, comfort, and meaningful human connection to every person we meet, right to the very end.
