At one of our first planning meetings, we talked about doing a fun fundraiser that would help not only the Over-the-Rhine International Film Festival in its first year, but also the ongoing educational elements of the film festival that will be integrated into schools and communities year-round. A brilliant committee member said, “Let’s do a trip auction!” Suddenly, we were all captivated by the idea of a get-away—actually, three different get-aways from which to choose. And that was that—the Expand Your Horizons Auction was born.

STORIES THAT CELEBRATE THE HUMAN SPIRIT!

The Over-the-Rhine International Film Festival is the new name and expanded vision for the successful Cincinnati ReelAbilities Film Festival which celebrates disability, diversity, and difference.

Join us September 26 – 30 to celebrate stories that celebrate the human spirit through the art of film, music, dance, poetry, fine arts, food, and culture. It all takes place in Over-the-Rhine, the surging entertainment district of Cincinnati.

The festival is organized by LADD, Inc., a non-profit agency that has served adults with developmental disabilities for 42 years – assisting them to work, engage and connect!

Bidding starts online September 1 and will stay ONLINE ALL THE TIME so that anyone and everyone can bid. Winners will be announced on Wednesday, October 3 on our website and the winning bidders will be contacted. If you are within $250 of the winning price, we will also contact you to offer you the trip at the winning price.
