Morey Middle School Gala Auction 2023

Join the Friends of Morey PTO on April 28th. 2023 at History Colorado as we celebrate Morey and raise much needed funds to support our amazing school Community.

Friends of Morey supports Morey Middle School (grades 6-8), located in the heart of the Capitol Hill neighborhood on 14th Avenue and Emerson Street. Since its founding in 1921, Morey Middle School has remained committed to serving the unique and diverse needs of the middle school age children in the surrounding neighborhood.

Today, Morey is more diverse than ever with a student body that is one of the most unique in the Denver Public School system, serving children who live in the immediate area as a traditional neighborhood school, while also serving the greater Denver area as magnet program for students who are Highly Gifted and Talented. The 450 students are integrated into one unified supportive school community.

At Morey, we build on every child’s unique gifts so each person becomes a self-directed, socially conscious, educated member of our diverse community. At Morey, learning is personalized, supportive, rooted in social justice, and integrated within our local community. Our students learn in a diverse and inclusive school that supports students of all backgrounds.

Plus the opportunity to mingle with our Morey Community and just relax for a evening out in our beautiful City.
