About Our Auction
This auction is MSO's major fundraiser for our 2024-2025 season. The funds raised will be used to offset the costs of our complimentary ticket distribution program to anyone 25 and under, as well as our More with Midcoast community outreach programs. This income also allows us to keep our ticket prices at a very affordable $25 in order to make the shared experience of listening to high quality classical music more accessible to all of our community members.
About Midcoast Symphony Orchestra
The Midcoast Symphony Orchestra provides an outlet for talented musicians to study, perform and share their love for symphonic music with audiences and the wider community through performances and educational activities for all ages. Led by Music Director Rohan Smith, its 80+ musician members all volunteer their time to rehearse and perform with the MSO. Traditionally, the orchestra performs eight concerts per season in Lewiston and Topsham, Maine. In addition, MSO's "More with Midcoast" program offers a series of community engagement and education events.
The Midcoast Symphony Orchestra is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization.
