IHLS Surplus Box Truck Auction - Members Only

Illinois Heartland Library System is auctioning our surplus box truck. **At this time, bidding is open to IHLS- member libraries and state library agencies only, to be used for library use only.**

This vehicle will be auctioned in two stages:

Auction I: Auction Open to IHLS Library Members
**for library use only**
Opens Thursday, November 16, 8 a.m.
Closes Thursday, November 23, 4:30 p.m.

Auction II: Auction Open to the Public
includes vehicles not sold during part I
Opens Friday, November 24, 8 a.m.
Closes Friday, December 1, 4:30 p.m.

ABOUT THE VEHICLES

The minimum bid values were calculated at 75% of Kelley Blue Book's private sale in good condition value when the vehicles were surplused in May. All vehicle(s) have been regularly maintained. Any logos/decals will be removed before pickup, and vehicle(s) are otherwise being sold as-is. No warranty is given or implied.

BIDDING

PAYMENT AND PICKUP
Purchases for Auction I must be paid for and picked up by November 30, 2023. Payment types accepted include Cash, Company Check, or Money Order. Personal checks will not be accepted.

All vehicles are located at Illinois Heartland Library System's Edwardsville service center (6725 Goshen Road, Edwardsville, Illinois) and must be picked up at this location.
