Making Waves Auction 2025

WIFT-AT's second annual Making Waves Auction opens for bidding March 28th, 9:00am Atlantic, until April 5th at 8:15pm Atlantic.

Your donation will support WIFT-AT's programs, including the annual Pamela Segger All-Access Pass Award, which supports a filmmaker to attend regional film festivals in all four Atlantic provinces. With your generous support we will continue leading efforts to build an equitable, inclusive, and accessible screen-based media industry. Your donation also provides peer support and mentorship to equity-seeking groups such as members from the BIPOC, disability, and 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.

There's truly something for everyone in this important fundraiser for WIFT-AT. Please bid highly, bid often, and share the auction catalog with family, friends, and colleagues!

All auction items are open to bidders anywhere in the Atlantic provinces.

*****IMPORTANT NOTE: We cannot provide shipping for gift baskets. The winning bidders of the gift baskets must pick up (or arrange for a friend to pick up) their gift basket in person at the Making Waves conference on April 5th, 8:15pm-8:45pm, at the Lord Nelson Hotel, Halifax.*****

Our programming culminates with our annual Making Waves conference celebrating and inspiring women and gender diverse individuals in the screen-based media industry in Atlantic Canada.
