Holiday 2023 - Naming Auction

This auction is for the naming rights of the animals in the auction. We will have 4 animal names up for bid. The auction will end at 11:45 PM on December 23rd and a Naming Certificate will be emailed to the winners on December 24th. In the case of a late bid, the time for that item will be extended for 3 minutes to allow another bidder to counter the bid. The maximum time for an extension is 30 minutes. The holder of the Naming Certificate has the right to name the animal listed on the certificate so the rights can be gifted to another person. Once a name has been chosen, a name tag including the namer's name and animal name will be placed on the animal's enclosure.

This auction is a very important fundraiser for the Center for Snake Conservation/My Nature Lab. Funds raised in naming auctions are used to improve the enclosures at the Lab. Improvements include size upgrades (we believe in the biggest possible enclosure for each animal), new filters, lights, bedding, and new racks for the enclosures. Even if you don't want to bid on a name, please consider making a donation through this site.

My Nature Lab is the educational facility of the Center for Snake Conservation - a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The Lab is a living classroom with live reptiles and amphibians used in hands on educational programs that help change human perceptions about some of our world's most misunderstood animals.
