About Our Auction

The Metamora Grade School Foundation for Educational Excellence is hosting a Glo Bingo Night on April 13, 2019, benefiting Metamora Grade School. This fun event will include glow in the dark Bingo, appetizers, music and a silent auction.

The proceeds raised will be used to fund mini-grants to teachers to provide educational extras for the classroom that would otherwise not be possible. In previous years, the funds were used for computer and science labs, and math, science and fine arts programs.

The Metamora Grade School Foundation for Educational Excellence is a non-profit, 501c3 organization. The Foundation’s mission is to provide educational excellence for our students. Metamora Grade School is the only public K-8 school in Metamora, Illinois, serving nearly 900 students.

Live Event Information

Winners of the Online Only items can pick up their winnings at the following times:
Friday, April 12, from 3-5 p.m. at the Metamora Fields
Saturday, April 13, from 10:30 a.m. to noon at the Metamora Fields

Winners of the Live Event Only items can pick their winnings up at the end of the event.

All items not picked up will be available at the Metamora Grade School office starting Monday, April 15, until Friday, April 19. If items are not claimed, we will move on to the next highest bidder for that item.
