Live Your Dream Reunion Celebration

Soroptimist's Live Your Dream recipients are women who are heads of household, in financial need and are returning to school or training to enhance their economic futures.

At the Reunion event, we bring back past winners to celebrate their accomplishments since receiving a Live Your Dream award. These awards are truly life-changing for our awardees, and we ask for your support to make future awards possible by bidding on gift baskets in our Auction or making a donation to our Giving Wall.

This Giving Wall lets you contribute in two ways:
1) Financial donation. You can make a donation ranging from $10 to $1,000. To help you envision what your donation will mean to our recipients, we chose donation levels based on items that the recipient might use the grant money for.
2) Auction items. You can bid on several items donated by Soroptimist members and local merchants.
You will need to log into your 32Auctions account, or create one, to place a bid or make a donation.

SIOC is proud to be part of a global volunteer organization that provides women and girls with access to the education and training they need to achieve economic empowerment. Soroptimist has clubs in more than 120 countries around the world.

SIOC is proud to partner with The Merrill Lynch Women’s Exchange to host the Live Your Dream Reunion Celebration on Friday, August 5, at 5:30 -10 pm at the Agua Hedionda Lagoon Foundation Discovery Center in Carlsbad. This is a gorgeous indoor/outdoor location on the Lagoon, with a view looking westward to the Pacific Ocean.

The event will have delicious food, beverages, a wine pull and live music by the popular local group, The Ride, and most importantly, the chance to mingle with friends and past recipients of our Live Your Dream awards. We hope you will join us.
