2024 Fundraiser Auction

Since the 2020 pandemic, the Lanark and District Museum has had to move the majority of our fundraising activities online.

We are excited to share that, to date, we have had four successful online auctions on the Facebook platform. Now, with using 32Auctions, we are able to open up our auction to the wider community. Share with all your friends and family that are not on social media!

A wonderful selection of auction items have been donated to our auction from amazing businesses in the area.

We sincerely thank them.

We hope you have fun, while supporting an important piece of our community.

As always, all money raised from the auction, will go back to the museum to help fund the museum's mission; to promote and feature the on-going history, and array of activities and memorabilia that celebrate the vibrant heritage of the Lanark Highlands, Drummond Township and historically linked communities.

Note: Pick up date is Friday November 15th from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm in Lanark, at the museum.

The Lanark & District Museum originated in 1965 with the efforts of the "New Horizon's Society" volunteers. Officially opened in 1977 after years of planning and fundraising, the museum expanded in 2008 by incorporating the Innisville & District Museum Collection. Dedicated volunteers have since worked to conserve and research the area's heritage, offering a rich resource for historical research and genealogy.
