6th Annual LPAPA Squared

We are pleased to present our 6th Annual All-Member “LPAPA Squared” year-end juried art show as both an online Art Catalog exhibition and as a LPAPA Gallery exhibition!

The show will open online at 10:00 am PST on Monday, December 1st with special pricing through LPAPA's "preview auction”. The show will open at the LPAPA Gallery on Thursday December 4th at 1:00 pm, followed by the First Thursday Art Walk Reception & Awards Presentation on Thursday December 4th, 6-9PM (awards announced at 7PM). This unique format provides collectors from near and far with the opportunity to add a special work of art to their collection, and support LPAPA and the Artists, while enjoying a potential 20% savings...just in time for the holidays!

All artwork is 8” x 8” and sold framed with a starting auction price at 80% of the full gallery retail price, with bidding at minimum $10 increments. Love it? Want it? We've added a "Buy-Now" feature so you can buy it at the full retail price with added support for LPAPA!

The online preview and silent auction ends Thursday, December 4th at 8:00 pm PST during the Art Walk Reception at the LPAPA Gallery.

Please join us for the Gallery Opening Reception on Thursday, December 4th with hours extended to 9:00 pm for Art Walk. The Awards Presentation will be made at 7:00 pm and will also be live-streamed through the LPAPA Facebook Page.

The LPAPA Gallery is located in Laguna Beach, California, on Gallery Row at 414 N. Coast Highway (between Jasmine and Myrtle Streets). Gallery hours are 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, Thursday through Monday and by appointment, with extended hours to 9:00 pm the first Thursday of each month for Art Walk.

Please note that the gallery will be closed on December 24th & 25th and on December 31st and January 1st for the holidays. A Legacy Rooted in History

Laguna Beach was established as a world-renowned artists' colony in 1918 by plein air pioneers such as Edgar Payne, Frank Cuprien, and Anna Hills. These artists founded the original Laguna Beach Art Association, creating the gallery and permanent collection that evolved into today’s museum.

Continuing the Tradition

In 1996, five contemporary artists—Ken Auster, Jacobus Baas, Cynthia Britain, Saim Caglayan, and John Cosby—founded the Laguna Plein Air Painters Association (LPAPA) to ensure this century-old tradition would continue to thrive. Today, we support a global network of artists and provide the education and career opportunities necessary to sustain their livelihoods.
