Welcome to the Lakemont Seals Swim Team! Lakemont Seals is a recreational summer swim team that was started by your neighbors here in Lakemont and has been a part of our neighborhood since 2013. We are a community based swimming programs for ages 5-18 yrs. LMST is a member of the West Houston Aquatic League (WHALe) Summer League.
Our goal for the swimmers is to have fun while learning proper swim techniques, good sportsmanship, and a positive attitude from swimmers, parents, and coaches.
Our mission is provide that environment of fun and productive competitive swimming while promoting a sense of community and teamwork within our neighborhood.
LMST is a team that is built upon commitment, support, and participations of the Board, coaches, swimmers, parents/guardians, and our community at large. LMST believes that it's success in achieving the team's goals is dependent upon the cooperations of all members.
