Limehills Classic Country Fair

Country Fair coming to Limehills
Limehills School is opening its gates to the whole community for a brand-new Country Fair on Saturday 17 October, with a packed afternoon of family entertainment planned from 11am to 3pm.
Set in the school’s beautiful grounds, the fair is a chance for families throughout Southland to enjoy a relaxed country day out, with plenty to keep children entertained and adults browsing the many stalls market offerings and silent auctions.
Activities include pony rides, a petting zoo, mini jeeps, a big dig, bouncy castles, a horse and cart, games, air rifles, a chocolate wheel and much more, alongside a range of food caravans, stalls, second-hand goods and market stalls. Entertainment throughout the day will add to the atmosphere.
Best of all, entry to the fair is free, making it an easy option for a family outing. Tickets will be available to purchase for the various activities on offer.
The Country Fair is a first for Limehills School and is being held to raise funds to support the school’s teacher aides, who play an important role in supporting all of the school's students.
Limehills School principal Tina Hogan says she hopes the fair will attract families from throughout the region, for a classic country fair experience.
