OCJAA 35周年「敬老感謝の集い」
オンラインオークションの注意事項

 1.オークション期間中に一番高い金額を示した方が、その商品を購入できます。
 2.商品の写真は主に提供者の撮影ですが、現物とは状態や色などが異なる場合があります。
 3.全ての商品はそのままの状態の現品限りの最終販売で、交換や返金はできません。
 4.商品の概要説明は、その内容や性能、正確性を保証するものではありません。
 5.商品の提示価格は公平な市場価格の見積もりで、鑑定はされていません。
 6.商品の引き取りは10月20日(水)、21日(木)両日共に午前10時から午後3時の間にご予約の上、OCJAAの事務局( 17332 Irvine Blvd. Suite 160, Tustin, CA 92780 ) に引き取りに来ていただくようにお願いします。
 7.商品の発送は原則的に予定されていませんが、例外としてご希望の方は、OCJAA事務局へご相談下さい。 その場合は、発送費用を負担していただきます。 OCJAAは商品の紛失、盗難、ダメージ等の責任を負いません。発送は米国内に限ります。
 8.商品代金の支払いは、商品購入権利のお知らせが届き次第、10月19日(火)午後10時までにCredt cardでお願いします。 支払いがない場合は、他の方に購入権利が移ることになります。
 9.オークションに関してOCJAA関係者は如何なる責任も負いかねますのでその点もご了承願います。
10.オークションの注意事項は英語版が公式注意事項になり、日本語は参考資料です。

The 35th OCJAA Senior Citizen Appreciation Day Event
Online auction rules and regulations.

 1 If you are the winning bidder, you have the legal right to purchase and receive the item(s) being bid on.
 2 The photo of auction items were taken by donors and others in our organization to present the auction item/package to the best of our ability. They are for reference purposes only and actual condition/color/style may vary from the physical item.
 3 All sales are final. All items are "as is" basis. There will be no exchange or refund unless otherwise noted.
 4 OCJAA has attempted to describe and catalog items are correct, but neither represents nor warrants and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance or conditions of items.
 5 The auction items value listed is an estimate of the fair market value. Items have not been appraised unless so noted.
 6 OCJAA set up two days , Wednesday, October 20, from 10 am to 3 pm and Thursday, October 21, 10 am to 3 pm to pick up your purchased items at OCJAA Office ( 17332 Irvine Blvd. Suite 160, Tustin, CA 92780 ) by making pick up appointment.
 7 Just in case, If the bidder would like to ask the shipment of purchased items, please contact to OCJAA Office, the cost of shipping will be charged separately to the sales of items. OCJAA is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged goods. Shipping is offered to United States bidder only.
 8 The purchase amount should be paid by credit card by 10:00 PM on Tuesday, October 19. Otherwise, OCJAA has a right to sell such an item to another bidder.
 9 Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising indirectly from OCJAA, their board members and employees, sponsors, and/or volunteers connected with the auction.
 10 The English online auction rules and regulations are the official one. The Japanese version is for reference only.
