Karen Carter was a member of Art & Soul for nearly two decades. She passed away in June 2021 and her final gift to the studio she loved was the donation of her remaining art works. Her hope was to see a fundraising auction where 100 percent of the sales went to the studio that impacted her life—and the lives of so many others.
This auction features Karen’s works across decades of artmaking, including her beloved bird pieces along with many works that have never before been shared with the public. There is something for everyone—from small mementos to birdhouses, drawings, paintings, etchings, and large-scale multimedia works.
