2022 Kate Sullivan Annual Silent Auction

The Kate Sullivan Elementary PTO holds a silent auction annually to auction off baskets and experiences collected from our generous school community and sponsors! Check each item for a description of what each basket or experience contains. Help us surpass our goal!

The event raises funds that go directly back to the teachers and students at the school. Proceeds will be used to purchase new technology, support teachers, and fund the Families in Need Program.

We are excited about the opportunity to connect with community partners for an event that makes a big impact for so many Kate Sullivan Elementary students and our special appreciation is given to all of this year’s business sponsors! KSE PTO hopes that you visit each of them and thank them for their contributions.

KSE PTO is truly thankful for each KSE family that donated an item for the baskets. Because of you the KSE PTO is able to make this auction possible. We appreciate every gift and are thankful for you!

By bidding in KSE PTO’s silent auction, each bidder agrees to these auction rules:

1. All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds unless otherwise noted. All items are “as is.” KSE PTO has attempted to describe and catalog items correctly, but neither warrants nor represents, and in no circumstance shall be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance or condition of the items. No statement made in this catalog, or made orally at the auction or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.

2. The auction item value listed is an estimate of fair market value. Items have not been appraised unless so noted.

3. Restaurant certificates do not include alcohol, tax, or gratuities unless specified.

4. Payment for items purchased must be made in full prior to pickup.

5. The purchaser must pick up all items the week of Nov. 14-18 from the KSE office between 10am and 4pm, unless special arrangements are made. *DO NOT pickup during the morning rush as front office staff are very busy during these times.* Any item left unclaimed, without prior arrangements, will be sold and proceeds will go to KSE PTO.

6. KSE PTO reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the auction. All items are sold as-is.

7. Unless otherwise specified, all auction gift certificates must be used within one year of the date of the auction.

8. Each person bidding assumes all risks and hazards related to the auction and items obtained at the auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising indirectly from KSE PTO, their elected and appointed officials, members and employees, the auctioneer(s), the auction company and its agents and employees, the event organizers, sponsors, and/or volunteers connected with the auction.

9. KSE PTO is a 501(c)(3) organization. Any bid over the value of the item is considered a donation and may be tax deductible. Please consult your tax adviser to clarify amount of deduction.

Our PTO is an active participant in the success here at Kate Sullivan Elementary. Its role is to build strong working relationships among parents, teachers and schools in support of our students.
