Howard Music Boosters Fall Auction

Join us in supporting our student musicians! The Music Boosters Auction is now live, raising crucial funds for our general music boosters program. Your bids directly help us purchase new music, outfit our performers in uniforms, upgrade essential equipment, and provide scholarships for deserving students.

Browse, bid, and make a difference before the auction closes on October 19th at 11:00 PM. Winners will be notified via phone call by October 21st. ALL payments will be taken via cash, check, or Venmo to the Music Boosters; no payments will be taken on the website.

Students at Howard High School enjoy a world class educational experience with opportunities to excel academically, athletically, and artistically. Music education plays a critical role in developing well rounded students with a life long love of the arts. Band, choir, orchestra, guitar, and music technology programs instill the values of dedication, perseverance, teamwork, and accountability. The comradery and esprit de corps of these groups bolster students mental health.

As beneficial as these programs are, they are costly to run.

Expenses include:
Instrument purchase and repair
Sheet music
Uniforms
Transportation
Additional Staff and Clinicians

Each year, there is a gap of tens of thousands of dollars between what the district provides and the true operating costs of a high quality music program. Our mission is to close that gap.

Howard High School Music Boosters is a volunteer-run organization that supports the band, chorus, orchestra, guitar, and music technology programs at Howard High School through fundraising, volunteerism, and logistics.
