Fundraiser for a Home for a Mother of Three

This auction features:

- an extended weekend stay at a beautiful, lakefront home in Barnes, WI, about 30 minutes from Hayward (July 16-19, 2021);

- a week-long New Year's getaway (December 31, 2021 - January 7, 2022) at the Izatys resort near Lake Mille Lacs an hour and a half from the Twin Cities (Minnesota);

- a made-to-order custom fishing rod; and

- a variety of luxurious skincare and cosmetics packages to nourish your skin and refresh your look.

All proceeds of this auction will be paid by the winning bidders into the Fundraising for a Home for a Mother of Three.

If you win this auction, you will pay your winning bid directly into the GoFundMe where we are raising money for Jasmine's house. Jasmine will need at least a 3-bedroom house and the money gathered through this fundraiser will help her to do that hopefully debt-free to avoid the additional stress of needing to pay a house payment.

The funds will go directly to Jasmine’s account so she can have complete sovereignty over her choice for a home.

Jasmine is a mother of three children. She graduated from cosmetology school in late 2020 and as you can expect, she is inundated with not only the looming burden of student loan debt but also caring for three young children, a son who is 7, a daughter who just turned one and her new baby born on May 6. She is currently renting a two-bedroom house, working in her field as a stylist to make ends meet, and working on improving her credit score. Jasmine is doing her part, but often that is not enough for Black people seeking to be homeowners due to systemic and systematic racism, housing discrimination, redlining, and predatory lending practices rooted in white supremacy.
