About Our Auction
The needs in our schools have only increased as a result of the pandemic. Technology is at the top of the list as well as ensuring that we can fund our programs next school year if things don't return to normal.
Like all nonprofits, we are being forced to pivot in our approach to the world and fundraising, or be left behind. That's why we decided to move forward with a virtual silent auction called Hide and Shine! You can stay at home in your sweats and bid as often and as high as our want knowing that every dollar will be used directly in the schools!
This silent auction will allow you to obtain some wonderful holiday presents or treat yourself to something amazing either this winter or next summer.
Create an account and start bidding. If you win, we will send an invoice that you can pay through PayPal which is linked to this platform or stop by our office and give us a check or cash!
There are two types of bids. One is an exact bid and the second is a proxy bid. An exact bid is that you want to bid exactly $150 on an item. Then if someone overbids you, you have to go back in and add another bid. The proxy bid is the highest amount you would pay IF you have to. This allows you to bids for you while you're doing something else. No worries, the amount will only be increased in the incremental bids required if someone is bidding against you. Once the bidding hits your maximum amount, you would have to rebid or allow someone else to walk away with your prize. You have to choose proxy when you enter the amount.
Thank you so much for supporting our schools!
