Hetman Awards 2020 Fundraiser

In 1998, the UCC-Alberta Provincial Council initiated the Annual Hetman Awards to acknowledge significant volunteer achievements of outstanding Ukrainian Albertans. The Annual Hetman Awards are dedicated to celebrating all volunteers who have chosen to give their time, effort, and expertise in order to keep our Ukrainian Canadian community in Alberta strong, vibrant, and active.

UCC Alberta is fundraising to be able to celebrate this year's amazing award recipients in a safe manner. Due to restrictions on gatherings, the event will be online to keep our community safe but remain connected. This awards show will celebrate 9 incredible community leaders. We will feature interviews with recipients, an award ceremony and keynote speeches.

The Ukrainian Canadian Congress-Alberta Provincial Council (UCC-APC) officially represents Ukrainian Canadians in Alberta, provides leadership and coordination, identifies and addresses the needs of the Ukrainian community in Alberta to enhance its sociocultural fabric, and promotes linkages with Ukraine.
