Harvest in Hope 2025

This annual event brings together neighbors, supporters, and partners to raise vital funds for the Free Clinic of Pierce & St. Croix Counties - a nonprofit organization committed to providing high-quality medical care and medications to uninsured and underserved individuals in Pierce & St. Croix Counties in Wisconsin. 

All proceeds from the Harvest for Hope event go directly toward sustaining and expanding the services of the Hope Free Clinic. These funds help us:

• Provide essential medical care at no cost to patients
• Purchase medical supplies and equipment necessary for diagnosis and treatment
• Provide prescription medications at no charge to the patient.
• Offer preventive care and education, reducing long-term health disparities

To provide primary health care and preventative health education for the residents of Pierce and St. Croix Counties who have no health care alternative. 

Services are provided to those who are uninsured and have a household income of 250% or less of the Federal Poverty Level.
