Hospice of the Conejo Golf Tournament-AUCTION

Proceeds from this auction will go directly towards our programs and services all designed to bring comfort, support, guidance and dignity to individuals and families facing life-limiting illnesses and/or grief.

For the past 47 years, Hospice of the Conejo has been dedicated to serving as a community based, non-profit, non-medical hospice and grief support center. Our primary goal and purpose is to provide care, dignity, guidance and support to residents in our region as they face challenges with their own life-limiting illness and grief or that of a loved one.

We are committed to providing a bias free environment where all feel welcomed. ALL OF THE SERVICES/CARE WE PROVIDE ARE DONE SO COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE.

Through many years of hard work and perseverance we have earned a reputation of providing highly trained, compassionate volunteers, professional licensed therapists and quality programs that have enhanced the quality of life for residents in south-eastern Ventura County.
