Home at Last Rescue (HALR) is a GTHA based cat rescue. We are a registered Canadian Charity that is 100% volunteer driven. Our goal is to rescue cats from substandard living conditions and give them the loving homes they deserve. As a charitable organization that receives NO government funding, HALR relies solely on adoption fees, donations and our own fundraising efforts to support our initiatives.

Our first full year in rescue has been very busy. Rescuing over 550 cats and kittens comes with a very hefty price tag. Many of the cats we rescued have been sick, needed to see specialists, needed dental care and so much more. Adoption fees alone barely cover the basic vetting each cat receives, let alone the additional vet visits, emergency vet visits and even surgeries, that many cats require.

Our Winter Wishes 2021 Auction will raise much needed funds for these additional expenses. ALL proceeds from our Winter Wishes auction will support the cats and kittens in our care.
