Grown-Up Play Date October 2020 Auction

Help the Akron Children's Museum open a whole new world of educational opportunities for area children by supporting our online auction (and winning some unique items for you, your friends and family at the same time)! While the Museum has temporarily closed its doors to keep area kids and their families healthy as our country navigates the COVID-19 pandemic, the Museum has found ways to provide interactive educational opportunities for area children to explore at home, through its offering of "Adventure Backpacks". This fall, 3,000 Adventure Backpacks will be delivered to Akron-area children. With your support, we can provide more and varied Adventure Backpacks for children of all ages. Your support will also help us provide new educational opportunities at the Museum when we reopen our doors!

Since 2016, our nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization has facilitated exploration, creativity, and problem-solving. The Akron Children's Museum is a place where kids can imagine, construct, let loose and learn. Our museum is modeled after the nation’s top children’s museums, encouraging learning through fun and interactive play.
