2026 Gala Fundraiser & Tribute - Online Auction

Thank you for visiting the online auction for Gibson Public Market's annual fundraiser. We hope you will find something you like and participate in the excitement.

Proceeds support community and educational programming at Gibsons Public Market and the Nicholas Sonntag TidePools Aquarium.

Gibsons Public Market and the Nicholas Sonntag TidePools Aquarium enrich the lives of Sunshine Coast residents and visitors by creating a unique public place where people of all ages can gather for social, commercial and educational purposes. Here, everyone can enjoy community events, health classes, art exhibits and live music featuring local talent, educational sessions on food literacy and skills building in our community kitchen, as well as privately hosted events in amenity spaces. Additionally, the Nicholas Sonntag TidePools Aquarium provides amazing opportunities to learn more about Howe Sound, marine ecology and conservation of natural local animals and habitats.

Programming dollars help us continue to develop, deliver and host learning and engagement opportunities that contribute to keeping our community vibrant. Through outreach and education, we aim to promote better everyday choices for a healthy Sunshine Coast and a stronger connection to our local ocean and its ecosystems.

We are also grateful for any cash donations. A tax receipt will only be issued for the bid amount minus the value of the item. Please contact Gibsons Public Market at 604-886-8814.

Note: Payment for the item will be completed in person at the Gibsons Public Market upon pickup. We will take cash or card. Pick up is set for October 6, 2026 from 10:00AM-6:00PM.

Be sure to check in often as new items may be added throughout the duration of the auction.
