Godley Education Foundation football game viewing

With the opening of our new Godley High School campus, the Godley ISD Education Foundation will accept donations for premium box seating for home football games. Proceeds will help our mission of providing financial support to enhance the academic environment of Godley ISD.

Small 2nd & 3rd floor outdoor patios
Our small outdoor patios will hold 20 guests. The outdoor seating area is located at the end of the GHS academic wing overlooking the south end zone. Each one game package includes:
- Catered food from Del Norte Tacos for 20 guests.
- Guests will have the opportunity to choose from multiple menu options developed specifically for GHS Friday night football games.
- Food will be served on the outdoor patio for maximum guest convenience.
- Tea & water will be provided.
- Entrance to the home game for 20 guests.
- We will recognize the business or private party’s contribution to the Godley Education Foundation with a game night announcement.
- We will recognize the business or private party’s contribution to the Godley Education Foundation by posting their donation on the GEF web site.
Businesses are welcome to display a banner or advertisement from the patio.

Donations for small outdoor patio packages will start at $500 per game.

Large 2nd floor outdoor balcony area
The large outdoor balcony area will hold 49 guests (per fire code). However, the winning bidder would be limited to only 20 guests. The other 29 spots would be reserved for the general group honored at that evening’s game. The 2018 groups to be honored are:
September 7th vs. Trimble Tech - Veterans
September 21st vs. Castleberry (homecoming) - Godley Alumni
October 26th vs. Glen Rose (Pink out) - Cancer survivors
November 9th vs. Hillsboro (Parent night) - Parents (Football, Band, Cheerleader)

Anyone with paid admission to the game who qualifies may visit the Large 2nd floor outdoor balcony area. In essence, the winner of the bid would be the sponsor of the outdoor seating area for the honored guests. In addition to supporting to the GEF and helping recognize the honored group, this package would be ideal for a business to network with Godley community members. The outdoor seating area is located in the middle of the campus overlooking the plaza area. Each one game package includes:
- Entrance to the home game for 20 guests.
- 20 food vouchers for the concession stand.
- Tea & water will be provided.
- Snacks for the honored group will be provided.
- We will recognize the business or private party’s contribution to the Godley Education Foundation with a game night announcement.
- We will recognize the business or private party’s contribution to the Godley Education Foundation by:
- recognizing their charitable contribution on the GEF website
- Displaying the business / company logo on the GEF web site
- Recognizing the business / company as a title sponsor on the GEF web site
Businesses are welcome to display a banner or advertisement from the balcony.
Businesses are welcome to have their own prizes on the balcony.

Donations for the Large 2nd floor outdoor balcony area will start at $1000 per game.

The Godley ISD Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. Donations to the Foundation are tax deductible.
