Our auction component to Spring Forward is an essential part of our 2021 FUNdraising to help DCLI sustain its programming for Long Island communities.

Since 2008 CoDanceCo, Inc., dba Dancing Classrooms Long Island (DCLI), has served as the licensed Global Network Affiliate for the internationally acclaimed artist-led residency program Dancing Classrooms™ (DC). Through humor, joy, compassion, and the art of social dance, DCLI has provided more than 21,000 students, their schools, and their families with the magic of the DC program.

With the onset of Covid-19, our in-person work came to a swift halt and like all other companies, DCLI had to pivot quickly to find ways to build new virtual connections and services for our constituencies. With these particular challenges, the DCLI team has risen to the occasion to find new opportunities. We have created and tested flexible, virtual programming for youth AND added a new program for adults 55+.

Now, whether we're dancing virtually or in person, or whether we are just starting out or are seasoned, feeling anxiety or isolated... step by step , we are finding joy together again!
