LIGHTS, CAMERA, AUCTION! - The FPS 2025 Auction

The Spring Auction is First Parish of Sudbury's largest fundraiser. It is a great opportunity to share our talents and gifts with one another! We offer special thanks to our Sponsorship Level commercial donors, who offered goods and services valued at $100 or more. Please check out their donations, which are featured below.

Here are a few practical tips -

 On-line bidding will be available from 9 am on Friday, March 28th to midnight on Thursday, April 3rd, followed by our in-person event at FPS on Saturday, April 5th, starting at 4:30 pm.

In general, items listed online will also be available for bidding at the in person event. So even if you're the high bidder when the online auction closes at midnight on April 3rd, you might still be outbid by someone at the live auction on April 5th. Please plan to join us in person, both to guarantee you win the items you want and to share in the fun!

The exception to this is "Buy Now" items, which are available for immediate purchase. Each "Buy Now" item has a fixed quantity available at a set price, and submitting a bid completes the sale at that price. Once a Buy Now item is sold out, it's gone. So bid early on those "Buy Now" items that interest you!

You need a 32auctions account in order to bid on items online.

If you have participated in a prior 32auctions.com online auction at FPS or for another organization, please use the account you created then. Your username is your email address. You do not need to create another account.

Since this auction will take place both online and in person, bidding on dinner parties and other events with multiple 'seats' has two variants.

  * Some gatherings are offered as "Buy Now" at a fixed price. You may purchase one or multiple 'seats', and when all the spots are taken, the item is gone.
  * Other gatherings are offered only at the Live Auction on April 5. Our auctioneers will start the bidding at the listed amount. If more people want to attend than there is space for, the bid amount will increase until the number of bidders drops to match the number of seats available. Again, you may bid on one or multiple seats during the Live Auction.

There will NOT be an in-person check-out. Please take the items you won home with you at the end of the Live Auction.

Payments are by check to FPS.
  * After the live auction ends on April 5th, winning bidders will receive a Final Invoice via email. We will not be taking payments in person at the end of the auction.
  * Please mail a check for the full amount of your final invoice, payable to First Parish of Sudbury, and note "Service Auction" on the memo line.
  * You may also drop your payment off at the Church Office, or place it in the Sunday collection plate.
