Empty Place at the Table

Each year, Jana’s Campaign hosts our annual fundraising gala - Empty Place at the Table. This year we’re going hybrid - which means that you can attend in-person or participate in the silent auction from the comfort of your home!

The online auction will open on the afternoon of Friday, October 10th, at 3:30 pm! The auction will close Saturday, October 11th, around 7:30 pm CST, so don’t miss your chance to win incredible items donated by our amazing community!

 
On October 11th at Rose Garden Banquet Hall in Hays, Kansas, Jana's Campaign presents Empty Place at the Table: Garden Party, an evening honoring the memory of Jana Mackey while celebrating 16 years of preventing relationship violence through education, and raising funds to continue this life-changing work.

This isn't just another event, it's a celebration of what's possible.

Every ticket purchased and sponsorship secured directly funds our prevention education programs, reaching students from middle school through college. By joining us, you become part of a powerful story that transforms tragedy into triumph. Your support allows our Prevention Educators to provide boots-on-the-ground programming in schools, equip faculty with training on the SafeDates and Coaching Boys Into Men curricula, host regional Campus Safety Summits, and lead community-based events that raise awareness and strengthen efforts to prevent violence.

Jana’s Campaign is a national education and violence prevention organization with the single mission of reducing relationship-based violence. In honor of the late Jana Mackey and other victims and survivors of gender and relationship violence, Jana’s Campaign delivers educational programs that prevent domestic and dating violence, sexual violence, and stalking.
